Mega: Common Questions
Choose the question that matches your task. Game examples, account actions and the role of this website are separate subjects.
Does adding a page to the home screen install a Mega APK?
Not necessarily. Depending on the browser and site, the action can create a shortcut or install a web app. It does not by itself verify a native Mega APK or its publisher.
What should I check if a mobile page opens somewhere unexpected?
Stop before entering credentials. Compare the full destination address with the one you intended, then navigate from a known address if they differ.
Should I tap login repeatedly when the phone page appears stuck?
Check the connection and visible status first. Repeated taps can send the same action more than once; a password error needs recovery instructions rather than repeated submission.
